If your first choice is already assigned, we will drop to your second and so forth. You will be notified of your sponsored class. If all choices are taken, we will contact you for further instructions.

The sponsorship fee is $50 per class. Make check payable to AOHA.

Mail this form & check to AOHA Secretary, Mark Jarvis, at 907 Burgett Drive, Jasper, AL 35503.

At the Show your sponsorship will be announced at the beginning of the sponsored class and the time of class awards presentation. You or your representative is encouraged to enter the arena and personally make the presentations. Additional acknowledgement of your sponsorship will be made.
